The rise of Chloe Kim.

Chloe is front-and-center in women’s snowboarding. She won her second-consecutive X Games gold at Aspen 2016, becoming the second woman to land a 1080 at XG. She made history again the following week at the Park City Grand Prix, becoming the first woman to land back-to-back 1080s, scoring a perfect 100. She earned her first XG medal (silver) at age 13 and is the only X Games athlete ever to win two gold before age 16; she could make it three at Oslo. She’s supremely gifted but has worked hard to achieve the early success: At age 8, Chloe was crossing country lines atop European glaciers to train halfpipe. A tri-lingual, first-generation American, she’s the youngest member of the U.S. Snowboard «Pro» team.
